Does Restore Dental Accept my insurance?
Restore Dental accepts all PPO dental insurances. We are also in-network providers for most PPO insurance plans.
Restore Dental is not a Medicaid, CHIP or HMO/DMO provider.
How will I know what my insurance is going to cover?
Before your visit, we contact your insurance company and get a verification of your plan. If you need additional treatment, we will provide you with a complimentary estimation of benefits before you get started with your treatment. In addition, we can request a predetermination from your insurance provider.
What do I need for my dental visit?
Please bring a copy of your dental insurance card and driver’s license, we’ll take care of the rest.
What if I don’t have dental insurance?
Not a problem. Ask about our in-house Restore Dental Saving’s Plan. We can provide you with 2 Exams, 2 Cleanings, a complete set of X-rays, 2 Emergency Exams, and 20% off additional dental services.
Do you offer payment plans?
Absolutely. For some procedures, such as crowns and Invisalign, you can simply pay as you go.
For even more time to pay or for those larger procedures, we have also partnered with Care Credit, who offers no interest options and terms between 6 months and 5 years.
